The living room and kitchen on the first floor are equipped with floor heating and air conditioning.

 １階のウッドデッキテラスは東向きに開けて眺望がよく、晴れた日には琵琶湖の水面もきらめき　伊吹山もよく見えます。テーブルチェア、ハンモックあります。室内は完全禁煙ですが、テラスでは喫煙、BBQも可能です。
